Local Services Ads sit above every Google Ad and every organic result. Pay per lead, not per click. Your Google Business Profile rating directly drives your LSA rank. That's why GBP management ships with every package.

Google Search

Traditional Search targeting high-intent queries like 'AC repair near me' and 'emergency plumber.' Campaigns are segmented by service line, never one bloated catch-all. Added in month two once LSA is booking jobs.

Meta

Used for seasonal and non-emergency demand: pre-summer AC tune-ups, pre-winter furnace checks, water heater replacements, repipes, maintenance plans. We don't waste Meta budget on emergency plumbing; it doesn't convert there.

How we sequence the build

LSA first. Always.

LSA is the cheapest path to a booked job. We launch it in week one, get your GBP and citations clean, and let booked-job data inform what we layer in next. Search comes in month two for Growth and Domination. Meta last, when seasonal demand justifies it.

Good to know

  • Ad spend is paid by you directly to Google and Meta. It never passes through HLM.
  • ClickFunnel pages are built during onboarding and optimized continuously.
  • Citation and GBP management are included in all three packages.

Why does every package start with LSA?

Local Services Ads sit above every Google Ad and every organic result, and you only pay per lead, not per click. It's the most efficient path to a booked job in home services. Until LSA is producing, layering on Search or Meta is just spending money to look busy.

Do I pay HLM for ad spend too?

No. Ad spend is paid directly by you to Google or Meta and never passes through HLM. Our management fee is separate and billed monthly. You'll always know exactly what's going to the platform vs. what's going to us.

Why isn't Meta in every package?

Meta doesn't convert for emergency plumbing. People search Google when their water heater dies, they don't scroll Facebook. Meta earns its place on seasonal HVAC (pre-summer AC tune-ups, pre-winter furnace) and non-emergency plumbing (repipes, water heater replacements, maintenance plans). That's why it shows up in Domination, not before.

How does the Domination ad-spend split work?

Domination runs all three channels, but the mix is different for HVAC and Plumbing. HVAC leans into Meta for seasonal demand, while Plumbing leans heavier on Search and LSA because emergency demand dominates the vertical. Exact allocations are set during onboarding based on your market and seasonality.

What if my GBP is a mess or I don't have one?

GBP management is included in every package. We audit your existing profile, fix categories, photos, services, and Q&A, and actively manage reviews. Your GBP rating directly drives your LSA rank. That's why we handle it before spending any ad budget.

What about photos and video for the ads and landing pages?

That's a separate service: our Brand Authority Package. Lead Generation runs campaigns with whatever assets you have. If you want pro photography, video, and brand voice deployed across your ads and ClickFunnel pages, add Brand Authority on top.

What's the contract length?

Month-to-month. We don't lock anyone into long contracts because we'd rather earn the renewal every month with booked jobs than trap you in a 12-month agreement.
